Disappointing Experience with Booking Flexibility I booked a room for four consecutive nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, I requested to shorten my stay by one night—two days in advance. Unfortunately, the platform rejected my request, and even after speaking directly with the hotel front desk, they were unwilling to make any adjustments. I found the lack of flexibility and consideration for genuine circumstances very disappointing. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking multiple nights through this platform, especially if there's a chance your plans might change.

Everything is fine, clean room, spacious room, big bathroom, located just Infront of mydin kuantan, pasaraya KU, Pusat pakaian hari hari, walking distance to street art and taman kerang car boot sale, breakfast also good and satisfied.. Easy check in and check out. Good facilities.
